    Pros

    Recruiters and handlers are quick to get you set and gear up. Neat route for temp-to-hire.

    Cons

    Being a staffing house, you lot won't get paid as much as the guy who actually is employed in the visitor you'll be situated in, but that's normal.

    Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can ever selection upwards shifts if you have under forty hours, (y'all're scheduled xl hours merely if you miss a day that week) yous tin can choice up another shift from the board

    Very unproblematic essence of role/job duties. Very helpful peers

    Cons

    WFH function but still micromanaging environment. Your every move is tracked and monitored in some way. Not much autonomy. Not much room for growth opportunities nor is in that location any sort of existent growth model. Leaders aren't looking to develop more leaders, they but choose those who are best at responding to cases or conducting an interview. Favoritism plays a part as well. Does non make a person qualified to lead a team of professionals. Pay is no longer competitive. Recruiting management is not the nigh competent/innovative. Recruiting methods in general will apace burn you out. Sourcing methods are basic and outdated, leading to depression-level talent pool, resulting in most interviews being a waste matter of time, ending in burn out. Lastly, there is no Real 60 minutes support for employees in this role. Leaders human action every bit 60 minutes and in my opinion, that doesn't provide confidence in proper checks and balances.

    Grooming is subpar and it has get more than difficult to abound/become pay increase.

    They are very friendly and have made the entire procedure and so easy! From the interview through the onboarding procedure they have been there every step of the way and have stayed in touch almost daily. They did everything they could to prepare me for my interview with Full general Motors and I did great because of them. I look frontwards to continuing to work with them.

    Cypher at all, the sell you on a fake dream during training at a terrible pay rate.

    Cons

    Kelly has got to be the worse company i accept ever worked for. They over piece of work employees and then burn you based on attendance regardless of the reason. They also fire you for stats, knowledge and a whole bunch of other crap. I thought when i joined and i was getting pay raises, it was because apple liked us. NO its because people are QUITTING THE Company!!! There are manner too many piece of work at home jobs that are better than this to exist working for some terrible place like kelly. They volition sell you on a dream and so burn you. I got pregnant and had a baby they but offered me six weeks UNPAID, i ended up taking 4 weeks because it was UNPAID! I had preeclampsia and they got mad at me for attendance because i kept going to the hospital and they don't take doctors notes! over all i am happy i left that company, they don't care for employees or respect them.

    I was a help desk-bound analyst at Kelly Services in Troy. There was only 6 positions open but they hired 8 people. The plan was that those that worked well enough would make it then 2 people out of the 8 hired are destined to exist fired. Who runs a company like that? Why was there but 6 open up spots open but yous hire eight people? Yous only become a total of 20 minutes for suspension time. About other companies give you 30 minutes in an 8 hour shift. You dont always get a lunch suspension either. You lot get 3 days of grooming on the help desk and then are put on the phones. That is nowhere near long enough. Their ticketing arrangement and noesis base of operations left a lot to be desired. Plus there was little information on who the subject matter experts where when you lot had a problem that was not in the cognition base. Plus this company was touting the fact that they got an award from the Detroit free press equally one of the best places to work. Who did Kelly Services pay off and how much to go that honor? One of the worst piece of work experiences I have ever had. Terrible

    Well a lot of cons. Such as if you lot are letting them go how virtually letting them know! Just come to work and you lot are locked out it's been hour and not a word from them! What do I practise with this newspaper weight? You are doing bang-up making 100% on IQE reviews Q&A reviews and TL reviews until they burn your team pb by locking them out and not telling them then putting you another team where they basically selection at everything y'all practise wrong and now you are getting 100% from IQE Reviews which are actual Apple doing those and benefits none!
